Meet Johnny
A 16-year veteran of companies like Bloomingdale’s and Accor Hotels (think Sofitel, Fairmont, and Raffles), Johnny launched Refractive Coaching and Podcast to help himself and others achieve serenity and fulfillment.
Through personal coaching, Johnny empowers clients to live boldly and intentionally, achieve goals without burnout, walk through life’s most important transitions, and answer the age-old question: what am I doing with my life?
Through spiritual coaching, Johnny helps clients who feel called to awakening as they learn to merge spiritual principles into everyday life, guides them in seeing the world through a higher perspective, and builds structure around the gentle changes they may feel lead to make to careers, relationships, and life mission.
Through career coaching, Johnny walks clients out of societal programming and into clarity on what personal success looks like for them. He supports clients with a plan for changing jobs, changing industries, or even changing careers. Johnny offers a 2 hour interview prep workshop and mock interview, resume writing, LinkedIn profile design, and hourly coaching on LinkedIn and resumes for those who just need a nudge to elevate their professional storytelling.
