Career Coaching, a subset of the personal coaching offered by Refractive, focuses on identifying the values and goals that drive you, then charting a course to make your outer life match your inner life. Coaching content varies for each person, but always requires willingness to look honestly at who we really are and what really matters to us.

Career Coaching clients can expect:

• Clarity on where personal fulfillment lies and how to step confidently toward it
• An understanding of what society expects vs our own expectations
• Recognition of self-sabotage and tools to move beyond it
• Transparency around  the life circumstances that seem to be odds with the progress you’ve wanted
• Guidance on ways you can upgrade your resume, LinkedIn profile, and interview skills.
• An action plan with dates and milestones for a career based in joy, consonance, and fulfillment

Coaching includes two 50-minute sessions per month and in-between support and accountability check-ins. Note: 4 month minimum coaching relationship for new clients. As with the other Career Services from Refractive, Career Coaching is discounted when booked as a part of the Above the Storm Career Change Package.
