Pick a coach or trainer whose values align with your own. My goal is simple: to be the best version of myself. To do that, I grow personally and spiritually by helping others do the same. 

Years ago my own best self gave me the most terrifying guidance I could imagine: without a safety net, without outside support, walk away from a career that felt empty. But I refused and continued to build a life that wasn’t genuine around a career that didn’t feel right because it was all I knew how to do. My light grew dimmer year after year and I couldn’t realize why things felt so stagnant. It was suggested that my emptiness had a spiritual component and in 2017 I began to search for answers. This led me to understand that I was not being true to myself, my gifts, and the amazing life that was waiting for me. In 2019 I finally gathered the courage to leave my corporate career and began a new life. I committed never again to force myself to live a lifestyle that feels heavy. Today I wake up with gratitude and choose to aim my light towards a path of joy, love, and service.

Coaching has become one of the most satisfying elements of my life. My previous 16-year career in talent development, adult learning, and mentoring. combined with my training with CTI, led me to a place where I am quickly able to bring my clients into a place of clarity. I use my heart, gut, and mind to help you stand firmly in your own power. 

I coach executives, retirees, students, moms, people stuck, people soaring, and everyone in-between. At the end of the day, it’s not what I know that counts: it’s what you know that matters.
